Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

Usefo Inc., a company registered in Taiwan, operates letAGENTcook. Privacy, access, correction, deletion, and public-fact requests may be sent to contact@letagentcook.com.

2. Data processed by letAGENTcook services

• Account information required for Apple, Google, or GitHub sign-in, including an email address or necessary account identifier.
• Purchase, selected domain or app, license activation, binding, validation, refund, chargeback, and abuse-prevention records.
• Information required to deliver App, Agent, Skill, Capability, and Workflow updates.
• Security and update-delivery logs needed to protect accounts, licenses, and release integrity.
• Support, refund, security, privacy, and correction communications, including only the evidence you choose to provide.

3. Working data that stays on your devices

When you authorize a provider, analytics platform, source host, or app store, requests may be sent directly from your device to that third party. Its own privacy terms and data practices apply to that connection.

• AI provider credentials and API keys.
• GitHub repository contents and website source code.
• Google Analytics or GA4 raw data.
• App Store Connect and Google Play credentials and raw console data.
• Prompt text and raw AI responses.
• Full reports, full tracking history, and completed-work history.
• Brand, domain, product, website-content, app-listing, and analysis data used by the local workflow.

4. Future de-identified optimization data

letAGENTcook is considering a future policy for collecting a limited set of de-identified Auto Research and GEPA optimization records generated by the licensed app. This collection is not described as active and must not begin until Usefo Inc. publishes the exact fields, exclusions, de-identification method, purpose, retention period, security controls, purchase consent language, and legal basis.

Any future policy must exclude external credentials, source code, GA4 raw data, store-console raw data, prompt text, raw AI responses, and other categories identified as local working data. If implemented after legal review, the purchase flow and this policy will state whether participation is required for the licensed optimization feature.

5. Purposes, security, and international processing

Usefo Inc. should apply access controls, transport protection, data minimization, logging, and vendor review appropriate to the service data it processes. Service providers may process data outside your country; the effective policy must identify applicable transfer safeguards before launch.

• Provide account access, purchase records, license binding, and license validation.
• Deliver product and workflow updates and maintain release integrity.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized license changes, and security incidents.
• Process refunds and respond to product, legal, privacy, security, and correction requests.
• Meet accounting, tax, consumer-protection, and other legal obligations.

6. Retention

Account, purchase, license, refund, security, update, and support records should be retained only for the period required for the stated purpose, dispute handling, accounting, security, and legal obligations. The effective policy must publish category-level retention periods before production data collection begins.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Some purchase, license, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal records may need to be retained. Send the request from the relevant account email when possible and do not include passwords, API keys, private source code, or unrelated data.

8. Changes and update log

Material changes will update the review date and should be communicated through the website or desktop app when required. This July 23, 2026 draft aligns the public data categories with the current content plan and remains subject to legal and technical review before becoming effective.
