Terms of Service

1. Provider

letAGENTcook is developed and operated by Usefo Inc., a company registered in Taiwan. Public, legal, privacy, correction, and support requests may be sent to contact@letagentcook.com.

2. Product scope

letAGENTcook is a desktop AI search tracking and optimization app for Vibe Coders, Solo Founders, and early-stage startups. It connects AI Visibility Tracking with website AEO/GEO workflows and App Store and Google Play ASO optimization. It is not a managed agency, off-page link-building service, PR platform, enterprise governance suite, or guarantee of rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic, installs, conversion, or revenue.

3. Free Baseline Report

A Baseline Report requires Apple, Google, or GitHub sign-in but no paid license. Website and App Baseline Reports may be run repeatedly without a domain, app, account, or execution limit. Each report is an independent snapshot and does not preserve historical observations, record completed changes, or prove that a specific action caused a later result.

4. Permanent feature licenses

A paid license grants permanent use of the licensed feature. It includes bug fixes and Skill, Workflow, Capability, Agent, or App updates that Usefo Inc. releases for that licensed feature. It does not promise custom development, a specific update, or a specific release schedule. New standalone features may require a separate license.

• AI Visibility Tracking: US$69.90 one-time for one permanently bound domain and up to five product names.
• Website AEO/GEO Growth Autopilot: US$69.90 one-time for the same domain and requires AI Visibility Tracking for that domain.
• Website Growth Bundle: US$139.80 for the two permanent website licenses; the bundle price is their total and does not include a discount.
• App Store ASO Growth Autopilot: US$69.90 one-time for one permanently bound iOS app.
• Google Play ASO Growth Autopilot: US$69.90 one-time for one permanently bound Android app.

5. Binding, transfer, devices, and sharing

After activation, the selected domain or app is permanently bound and cannot be changed or transferred. App Store and Google Play require separate licenses. letAGENTcook does not impose a device or seat limit across macOS, Windows, and Linux. The account and license may be shared while the bound domain or app remains unchanged, provided the use complies with these terms and does not involve fraud, resale, credential theft, or abuse.

6. Third-party providers and user-controlled actions

AI providers, analytics platforms, source hosts, App Store Connect, Google Play, hosting services, and other authorized services are separate from letAGENTcook. Their plans, costs, limits, availability, security, and terms are your responsibility. Website AEO/GEO Growth Autopilot produces plans and AI IDE prompts; you are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and deploying website changes. ASO workflows require valid store authorization, and you remain responsible for store access, policy compliance, and unsupported visual assets.

7. Acceptable use and data consent

No future collection of de-identified Auto Research or GEPA optimization records should begin until the exact data policy, consent language, retention, security controls, and legal basis are published and implemented. Purchasing a license does not activate an undisclosed collection practice.

• Do not gain unauthorized access, bypass provider limits, interfere with licensing, or compromise release integrity.
• Do not submit credentials, repositories, analytics data, or store access that you do not have permission to use.
• Do not use the app to create spam, deceptive reviews, fake endorsements, unlawful content, or manipulated third-party consensus.
• Keep account access reasonably secure and report suspected compromise.

8. Availability, updates, and product changes

Features depend on the current desktop release and third-party services. Usefo Inc. may change supported providers, platforms, integrations, security requirements, and workflows. Permanent use applies to the licensed feature, including updates released for that feature; it does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability or inclusion of future standalone products.

9. Disclaimers and liability

AI answers, citations, recommendations, rankings, traffic, store results, and conversion can vary by platform, model, account state, plan, region, language, timing, competition, and independent system changes. A result observed after an intervention does not prove that the intervention was the sole cause. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited according to the purchase and the nature of the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Refunds, suspension, and termination

Paid licenses are covered by the separate seven-day unconditional Refund Policy. A refunded license is disabled after the refund is processed. Access or a license may also be suspended or terminated for fraud, unlawful use, security abuse, chargeback, interference with licensing, or material breach, subject to applicable law.
